After putting the turkey in the oven at 9 am, It was time to hit Pavilion again for about 30 minutes. Missed a 5-6 pounder yesterday. So could I find it again today? Third cast to very deep water (12+'), and I feel a tap. Set the hook and I can tell it is a nice fish . After a short battle, I lip this one out and a fella walking by is going nuts about how big the fish is. Put her on the scales and comes up as 6 pounds 3 oz! Big belly and 22 inches long. Here is the pic.......

Just wierd. Had to do some extra cut-paste-image code to get the pic to show up.

nice work
highest regards for your angling expertise and dedication
like to add that photos cant do justice to a fish that large
a 6.3 is a big,big bass.
fine looking specimen.
if you hit the real giant, i tell you what, cant even begin to imagine...
there is little doubt in my mind you can do it, and that it will be just as you have described it

Congrats Curly! Very much earned and perhaps only to be topped if you land the super beast living in there.

We all know he has these fish on a tight feeding regiment, and they come hollering when they hear his bell!
