I am looking for a crew (2, maybe 3) that is willing to do some exploring for migrating fish (stripers, white perch etc) BELOW the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Of course, this all depends on the weather conditions.

The plan is to use my new electronics to locate fish or areas that should hold fish. Artificials will be the name of the game with medium heavy rods, should we get lucky enough to hook into a big one. We may troll Rebels as we get to different spots.

Shoot me an email and I will try to describe how to find a wreck near Mt Vernon that should be stuffed with big stripers right now. The Potomac charts are not accurate as to the location, but I stumbled across it a few years ago. Big cats when the tide is right and big stripers when they're up here. I'm not trying to be secretive, but I don't have a lat/long.

I'll be out on the 28th with wounded warriors from Walter Reed/Bethesda looking for the same thing...I hope they're here by then.

Ernie, I'll have fresh shad on the 28th. Look for the 25' Grady walk-around near the Fort. The owner keeps it on a lift at his dock between the WW Bridge and Ft. Washington. Lucky guy.

Wow....you're not kidding!

At this point I am not sure about the 28th. If you hear a need for another boat for the Wounded Warriors Outing, let me know.
