More for the Food Bank

So I get a call from one of the local guides at 10 this morning.  His clients are done and back at the dock.  They decided that they didn't want the 14 keeper stripers that were now on ice.  He wouldn't have kept any if he knew.  Asks me if I can take them to the Resource Center.  Just not that easy, as they want them filleted, vacuum sealed, and frozen.  I go and get the fish and bring them back to my cleaning station at my dock.

After 25 minutes with my cordless Bubba Knife, I have a cooler of fillets.  Another 20 minutes at the house trimming up and sealing.  They'll go to the Resource Center next week with another 15 lbs already frozen.
