Sarah wanted to go striper fishing this morning........so I made her get up at 5:15.  The plan was to catch gizzard shad early and pull them on planer boards until 9:30.   Well, catching gizzards was a bust with only 11 in 2 hours of throwing.  So, we used what we had with 90 minutes left to fish.  We found plenty of stripers, but they were not hungry.  Sarah did catch 3 nice ones before we had to pack it in,


Took her crappie fishing in the afternoon and we boated 61.  Only kept the biggest 6.  Sorry, no pic.
