The saga continues.
IMHO: The Rt. 15 widening project is silent part of the issue. But there is no solution to build another bridge at the river (Rt. 15) so the traffic jams will just shift.
The politicians will regulate the process to the max and cost will be prohibitive. They need an expert negotiator in the mix and get the politicians to stand back.
Time to go fishin' again!
