I got eggs, milk and toilet paper.. as required by huge snow storm rules..

Any one have a recipe to cook these up?

A little milk in your eggs will make them more fluffy when scrambled.  If you are lactose intolerant, the TP will come in handy!

Haha. If only you lived closer to Arlington I'd take you up on that offer! My wife works as a nurse at VHC in Arlington Saturday and Sunday. 0700 - 1930 both days. No way she can call out. She is also preggers and I have been driving her to work for the past several months. Not sure what we're going to do about this weekend...sometimes they let staff stay overnight, but only when they have open beds, and apparently they haven't had open beds in a while. There is a hotel less than a mile away but I doubt the roads will be passable that early on Saturday, or all of Saturday for that matter haha...Might just sleep in the parking lot with the car running lol roll

Re: Went to the grocery store

Walking a mile in deep snow is HARD work! And dangerous.....

In the past, I have volunteered to drive nurses and doctors (Loudoun Hospital) when it snows. The 1st nurse I picked up (the Feb. 2010 biblical, epic, end of the world storm) was my release nurse when I had to spend a week there. I remember that on my last morning there, she had to give me a shot in the stomach and I wanted no more of it. I finally succumbed and asked her when she was going to do it....as she was walking away....I never felt it. What a wimp! My excuse is that I had been cooped up for a week and was tired of being poked with needles every 4 hours.

She was still nice to me as I had to carry her her piggy back style as I tramped through the snow to get to my truck.

But, I can't do it this year as one of my sons has commandeered my truck for this storm!
