12 "Guests" online right now!

Lots of "trollers" out there wanting to know what's going on in our lakes and ponds.  Be careful about posting what lakes you are catching big fish from or you'll find a croud in your spot next time out! big_smile

Re: 12 "Guests" online right now!

I know for a fact that there are many family members that look in on their relatives to see what they are catching. Some are quite far away. They are certainly not trolling for info.

But....we do see some poachers from time to time.

I think Kahn is in the ZONE!

BTW
It looks like they put up some new signs, saying the lakes are for resident fishing only

Tippecanoe has 2 new ones, Beech has one new one, and Alder has at least one new one.  I have not looked at Ashburn or Pavilion yet.

I have to admit, in the handful of reports I've posted, I've been a little wary of naming locations because of how many views the posts get.

Re: 12 "Guests" online right now!

I asked a good friend of mine about our visiting ducks and here is what he said: "Those are, in my opinion, the most beautiful ducks in America. The four little ones are Buffleheads. The others are Ringers, as we call them. There are two males and two females. They are headed to the boreal forests to nest. Way north. They are Ring-necked Ducks. Believe it or not, they winter on Cuba in pretty big numbers. But they all go way up north to breed. They are divers and almost all of their diet is plant material. "
