DC stripers 9-19-09 + pics with Coz

Patrick and I were on the water and fishing before sunrise.  We both had some topwater hits, but could not hook up.  Bait was everywhere being chased on top by the fish.  Patrick takes the skunk off the boat with this 3+ blue cat after the sun gets up.

Then it slowed down at high tide (9:30 am) and no more bites.  We went up to the long bridges in search of stripers/bass and not a bite until we left the water at 11:15 am.
