The question is if it will push up to us....I can deal with a white Christmas. Get it out of the way now!

No one asked about this....maybe it was close to the date. Anyway, I always look at December 21/22 as pivotal day. Shortest day of the year but the turnaround leads to much longer days as winter plays out. Next date is when we get Daylight savings back. Might sound strange but it helps pass the time that we are in darkness.

Re: Snowstorm on the 21st (Sunday)?

Long range forecast calls for cold weather (30s & 40s) from Christmas past New Years. So much for my thinking of trying to get out one more time. Time to take the boat in for some maintenance and put her away until it warms up.

I am with you Ernie. It might be a glass half full type of thing, but I also look at the 21st as a start to longer days and it makes me feel better.

Pickles are biting in the Severn, and there's a guaranteed perch dinner lurking by the Navy pier at Solomon's

Brrrr....just talked to Jay and he is going on vacation (someplace warm) for 2 weeks. So...the boat will be available but ONLY if the weather cooperates! The 26th might work.....
