Went down to one of the ponds after 4:30 this evening.  Saw two fellas fishing from the dam, but it didn't look right.  One was sitting on a cooler and they just looked out of place for some reason..................never seen them before.  One fella catches a 12-13" bass and puts it in the cooler.  I walk over and explain that it is catch-and-release and that a sign saying the same thing is about 25 feet from them. 

They get an attitude and want to be bad-asses.  I just dial the non-emergency # for the Sherriff's Dept. while standing about 3 feet from them.  I also state, while waiting for the LCSO to answer, "hope you fellas don't have any outstanding warrants".

They pack their gear in about 3 seconds and are still cursing me as they leave.  LCSO answers, but I tell them the problem seems to be resolved.

No telling how many fish were in that cooler, but they will not be fishing our lakes again anytime soon.
