No fish pics to see here.


I did fish a little after I planted my 1 Roma tomato plant and my 2 Thai chili plants. BTW, I have 2 extra Thia chili plants if anyone want one (or both).

Me thinks the fish are funky after spawning. Saw a billion fry roaming the shore line. Wonder how many will survive...

The best part of today is that I was in shorts and a short sleeve shirt. Finally!


Time to go fishin' again!

Very windy!

Long cigar session.

Was casting a 6wt. Not easy but was getting the fly out there.

Felt some pressure and a fat LMB (12"er) was landed.

No more bites until I hooked the bottom. Then it moved. Then it torpedoed out of the water. A carp! I think common. Was peeling line so I tried to slow it down. Torpedoed again and it came out of the water. Spit the hook! mad But no, it actually broke the hook. That was an exiting 30 seconds for sure.


Time to go fishin' again!
