No fishing today....blowing near 30 from the NW with very rough seas.
A couple of boats fished and did well but they are regulars down here and are way more experienced.
Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day to get out.

You called it!
Walleye Pete had a great day....over 100 fish.....right behind the 4th island like you said. We will do that tomorrow....the weather looks more promising.

Just had breakfast with Capts Richie Gaines and Sean Crawford.....still waiting for the winds to subside.
Capt Walleye Pete already went out.
We also received a report from Lee Tippet and he said he was getting beat up....he is in a 25 Maycraft.

They just lifted the Small Craft Advisory.....maybe we will get a chance to splash tha boat.
It's funny to hang around with a bunch of fishermen who are just wishin and hopin for the waves to get below 3 footers!

No more to report here.....pictures and some stories to be posted later.

Just got a report that the bay is flat calm right now.....that hurts! One almost needs 3 days down there in case of blow out days. Or, you go out and get beat up!

I have never been sick and I have been in a few situations that were less than pleasant. BUT....these kind of rough seas (short chop) pound my knees into oblivion. It's just not fun to be rocking and rolling like that. Maybe when I was younger.....
