Pohick and Occoquan Vegetation

Can anyone tell me if the vegetation has grown up at either Pohick Bay or Occoquan Reservoir yet?  Anyone catching at Pohick?

I was at Occoquan last Tuesday and there was no vegetation.

I was across Pohick Bay at the Pomonkey Creek two weekends ago and the lily pads were starting to come up.
