Most times I encounter fog from water being warmer than air temps and you see the wisps of moisture slowly climbing up from the water. And soon it will clear.. Well this morning it was totally reversed with water temps colder than air temps plus the added moisture from the light rain created this packed tight almost cotton like fog.

I imagine inside that fog is a cold wet compacted environment. It was wild looking at it driving to work today.. My phone camera failed me in AI this weekend and again today or I would show just how thick it is.
