Re: DST

I hear you on that one. I understand that you don't want the kids walking to school in the dark or standing on the corner waiting for the bus in the dark, but when I as a kid, and now, I would much rather have that daylight at the end of my day so I can spend some time outside doing something. All DST buys me now is getting blinded by the sun coming up over waxpool when I drive into work and I get to walk the dog at night in the dark when I get home.

Years ago I had an interior office and would get into work by 0600 to beat the traffic and leave after 5 most days. I never saw the daylight until the weekend.

I had the same thing my first job out of college. It was the most depressing time ever! I can live without DST

Re: DST

Also can't stand it. I can't do anything outside during the week, because it's dark by the time I get home. I don't need it to be light out while I'm drinking my coffee in the morning.
