After work, I went over to Kent Island to have my 2nd fly fishing lesson with Joe Cap. This time it was 1-1 for almost four hours. I am exhausted but I feel like I went up 2-3 levels from what I was doing. Fly fishing is very technical and form is critical (like golf). I must have cast 500 times!

Joe Cap is an incredible teacher with lots of patience (which he needed with me). My goal is to be technically sound. Sure I can cast the fly rod but can I cast it correctly all the time? That is why one takes lessons. But I had a greet time and I watched my progression during the time of the lesson.
