All posts from 12/7 on are gone.

Not a big deal but I already miss my best turkey. LOL

Merry Xmas every one..

You want to see my tree?

Re: Time Warp

Something has gone wrong since they updated their server. On my laptop, the site is on a time warp.

No clue as to what's going on.....maybe it's a sign.

We had a hack issue a few years back, I hope no one is messing with the site.

Totally wierd.  This thread shows up on my phone, but not my laptop.  Then my grandson's post about crappie fishing does not show on phone.....but does on laptop. Multidimensional Time Warp!!!

Re: Time Warp

Can anyone other than me see my posts from my laptop?  This one is from my phone, but I have another time warp thread posted from my laptop that does not show up when using my phone.  Looks like a server upgrade happened but accidentally have 2 or more parallel servers running simultaneously.....

Re: Time Warp

My boys checked into it and we have no clue what's going on. I had the same issues you describe. But now, they are all in sync with some posts missing (my initial BG post, Curly's Xmas poem and more).

I can see this post and on my phone, but not on my computer.  You need to talk to your server host and get it fixed.  No one can see new posts on a computer

Re: Time Warp

They have been contacted many times over the last few days. A change was made to the server and they are looking for the cause of the "time warp".

Re: Time Warp

Just heard back from them....not sure we can recover lost posts.

As mentioned in one of our previous replies, we did state that we found that your site was redirecting to the 66.226.148.169 IP which was incorrect. We had resolved that issue by removing that specific redirect code in your .htaccess file.

We had tested the site at that point, and it was no longer redirecting. We have now tested the site again by going to your main page and clicking on the 'Froum' tab. We were brought to your forum page without any issue. It shows 'http://pacemakerfishing.com/forum/index.php' in the address bar as well.

We had advised you to clear your browser cache. Please ensure you have done this. As it is possible that your browser is still showing you whatever it has cached in its memory:

Re: Time Warp

Well, that explanation makes perfect sense...but not to me. Why didn't they just say it was broken and they fixed it...that's language I can understand. Guess I'm showing my age.

Haaaaaa! That's exactly what I told them. But they just kept telling me technical jiberish.

I did get the "mirror" pages so I will add them to the forum when I get some time....when it snows.

Wish you'd quit throwing out that 4 letter word, I'm still trying to bask in the global warming

Re: Time Warp

On the alternate universe my Pacemaker is an IP Address routed thru California HE hosting. It looks like a DNS hack that redirects while they work out the admin password to data mine the email addresses. Or the secondary server is on line and way behind in the posts.
Not right..
