Trailer Repair

I need to get a spindle and hub replaced on my enclosed trailer and I'd like to find a place as close a possible. I know Ernie had a good experience with D&S Marine but I'd rather not go that far.  Any good places nearby?  They need to be able to replace welded in spindles.  The other side's spindle seems like it needs some leveling too.  The inner edges of the tires have always worn excessively.

Coming back from NJ I was only 15 miles or so from the track when I saw the hub smoking. The wheel was only a little lop-sided.  I re-greased it and was able to get to the next town alright where there was an Advanced Auto.  I did a parking lot outer bearing replacement and was able to make it home.  I've had issues with same spindle/bearings before so I really need to replace it now.

Re: Trailer Repair

I forgot about Chandler....if you go there, look for Fred (owner). We go back a long way in Loudoun Little League.

Re: Trailer Repair

Best place local is Trailer Care in Hamilton at 39150 Irene Road.  They do super work and only work on trailers.  540-338-2123  Call ahead for an appointment because they are always busy with all kinds of farm and livestock trailers.

John Lauterback is the owner.
