Is there a thread just for cooking recipes?

I've done the search for recipes and know there are few out there for crappie, masgouf style, etc.  Just curious to know how everyone likes there fish cooked.  I'm especially curious about snakeheads since I'm not sure what the best way is for them. and I'd love to catch one since everyone says they fight so hard and they eat so good. So, I'll start with a smoking recipes I like...

Rainbow Trout (6 whole trout/12-17 inches):
Brine in 3 quarts of water, 1 cup of sea salt, 1/2 cup of brown sugar (1/4 can be replaced with maple syrup), and fresh squeezed lime juice (2-3 table spoons), and anything else you want or think is good.  Let sit over night.
Rinse very, very well and let sit until fully dry.  Place in smoker at 200 degrees for 4 hours.  I like to use apple wood (6-8 ounces).

Snakehead: marinate filets in Viva Italian dressing for 30 min.  Place on grill.

Do you always grill your NSH?  I like to personally fry my fish, but I need to start looking at healthier ways of cooking....
