River 3/31 26
I got out solo from about 7:30-12:15. River was about 3 foot at POR and water was 56 degrees and rising. Saw Rich from Osprey Charters at the ramp. I caught 11 smallies from 13.5-17 inches. Hot bait was a little craw on a weedless ned jig. The TRD and tube also scored. Here are a few pics.
The fish fought hard in the warming water. A couple were really chunky. I almost weighed a couple. This little guy was only 13.5".
Fun time on the water and I got off before the wind picked up.

Excellent!
You may have made a good choice because usually, Capt. Rich is at the "O" this time of year.

Yes, he said the shad fishing has been terrible. Have you heard any other reports?
