Well, it been raining all day but that didn't stop us. We looked for birds working but struck out. So we did a little trolling where there were some scattered fish. Within 10 minutes Benjamin hooks up with a nice hybrid.
It was short, so it went back. Took almost another hour for the next hit. This time a keeper striper! Two hands now on the boga .
I had the Bimini up so we didn't get completely soaked through. Called it quits after another 30 minutes or so until Thursday.

Was just thinking about what a great advantage it is to have your boat on the lift so close to your house. Power and water nearby to boot!
There have been many fishing opportunities squandered (by me) because of the rigamarole that I have to go through to get my boat ready to fish each time. And of course, if ya listen to our crack weather forecasters, you will lose out on a great fishing day because they said was going to be snotty.
