Wednesday morning at 4am my brother in law Stephen, his friend Matt, and I went to Solomons, better know as white perch heaven. We also had the white perch guide on the phone if needed, Carl. We first headed to the Sandy point on the right side of the bridge and tried to see if we can catch some rock fish and had no luck. Than we headed to "Mo's Cove". There Matt hooked up with his first white perch. I mentioned to add that both these guys are virgins to this shallow fishing and they seem to really enjoy it. After that I had to step all my months of experience (HaHa) and caught 4-5 white perch. we kept moving from cove to cove, and we would catch one or two here and there, not high numbers. At about 12 I hooked up on this, what I thought huge fish, and I fought we it for about 30 minutes until I got it close enough to see it was a stingray. My hands were about to fall off by the end of the battle. At the end of the day we cought 27 white perch, 2 croakers(9", and 11"), 2 rock fish(10", and 15"), and 3 sting rays. When it was all over I found out that Matt likes nothing better than a cold coca cola, I'm mean nothing. Pictures to come soon.
I love catching me some white perch!

The perch, that Mo is holding in the second picture, looks like a nice one. I was concerned that you guys would get caught in a storm. I'm glad the weatherman was wrong.
