Pacemaker Fishing Forum

The BRHS Fishing Club had an outing to Algonkian Regional Park.  Patrick and Ethan in a jon boat, Garrett in a kayak, and myself, Griffin, and my dad in our boat met at Algonkian at 6 and were in the water by 6 30. 

I drove us up to Goose Creek where we fished the first 150 yds of it.  After about and hour Griffin and I had both lost two.  Griffin lost one that was over two pounds at the boat side.  Finally I hooked into this largemouth.



Then I hooked into another right after...



Then I finally got this football smallie!



We then motored down to where the two islands before Algonkian are and floated to Algonkian.  On this float I had a medium smallie and a fingerling.




Griffin the caught this NICE smallie!!!



We got off the water at 12 30.

Other club members totals...

Patrick- 1 crappie, 3 smallies, and 6 bluegills
Ethan- 4 bluegills

They left around 10am to go fishing in WV where Patrick had 40 and Ethan had 25.

Garrett- 4lmb and 6 bluegill.
