There are lots of folks that make a living on the water that feel it's their right to take as many fish/crabs/eels out of the water as they need to. This is just the tip of the iceburg.

I have been following this pretty closely in my associatin with CCA.

I read that Mr Dean is the Vice Chairman of the PRFC. Is it any wonder they're so partial to commercial interests.
There are many more sentences to be handed out in this sting operation, including at least one Dent from the Cherrystone/Occoquan area of the river. It's a Federal case which explains the stiffer fines and jail time.
