They are on to me 8/21/23
Got out early and tried 3 spots Nice sunrise.
Water was super low. Only fish I saw were mid-river near deeper water. Saw one chase a good sized sunfish for a while. Fish kept jumping and skittering to get away. That was cool. Sunrise stayed nice for a while. No bites.
