July 23rd Report

Nice breeze kept us cool all evening but did not help the bite and it was tough. So tough that we went to fishing worms. Client was supposed to bring two friends along on the trip but they canceled out on him. So I got to fish some. Teaching how to fish a worm was my goal and I did,  but no bites makes it hard to get the concept learned. You tend to lose interest after a while of dragging a worm. So we moved around fished hard structure till the sun was low. A single cloud blocked the sun and the pop r came out to play. Caught about six LGmouth and missed two snakeheads. How that happens is a mystery to me. And just like the night before they just shut down.
