Last week I went to the Dale City Fishing Tackle Show. This show is only a shell of what it used to be. Needs to be better marketed and they need to start that sooner.

Like last year, I won some raffles. High School kids will be happy.

Also got interviewed (about shad) by the Fishing with the DMV Podcast guys. It went well. Kinda funny when they said we were live about 2 minutes into a chat.

Today, I went to the Rapidan TU Chapter Annual Fishing Show. Always a great time and saw some friends there. Only bought one thing and entered a bunch of raffles. Now we wait.

My biggest observation is that I felt young there. Lots of the local trout guys are aging.

I've been to a few of these, excellent films and good time.
