As many of you know, Charlie Taylor started NHBA a few years ago as a "friendly" tournament club.

The tournament fees are $10 a person and obviously the payouts are small BUT the camaraderie and learning opportunities are HUGE. You do not have to have a boat to belong to the club. The club is also very heavily involved with kids (KIds Fishing Derby) and they sponsor several events every year.

On March 21, NHBA is having their annual banquet at PJ Skidoo's, in Fairfax.

The cost $35 per person.

The doors open at 6:00 PM for hors d'oeuvers and mingling.

Additional activities will include contests, games, and a $10 or less value, gift exchange. This exchange proved quite entertaining last year but it is optional. Dinner will begin at 7:00 PM followed by installation of officers, and the other activities to include the huge tournament payouts! The dinner selections are prime rib, stuffed flounder and chicken cordon bleu. Dinner includes a salad and rolls.
