POR 5/13/20

Was exited to get out on this beautiful day with light winds.  Got out a little late and crossed the swift, but green Potomac at about 8:40am.  Pulled into the parking area, prepared the boat and then saw this.

Figured I would try the VA side as I had made the trip.

I did not bring a shovel and could not find a drier area to pull the boat to even if I braved the ramp.  Thought about White's on the way back, but did not want to pay the Ferry for nothing, so I just filled the Highlander with gas and came home.  I did secure my battery box and shrink wrap one of the fishfinder wires before putting the boat away.

I need to fish!!
