4-7-19 Report

Sunday was even nicer with the water warming up we went to a spot that in years past produced some nice crappie. And it did really well but not gangbusters. Still catching a few in tuxedo's but mostly cold white crappie. A good day of big crappie here and there.

My dad’s favorite trip of the year. Wonder how big the LMB was that broke off at the igloos.

Re: 4-7-19 Report

The igloos are the fish structure 's put in place by an environmental group in the northern end of Smoots Bay. We caught several LGMouth there and one that hit and swam back in the cement igloo. Could not get it to come out. Broke the rod and the line.

Re: 4-7-19 Report

About 4 inches in the high spots. Give it a week and it will be at the top of the water.
