April 1st Report
Today was slow start as we picked one up here and then another there. No real pattern until around 11am when the lying machine lit up and the fish starting biting good. Left them hitting once our limit was filled. Lost a really big one right by the boat.. Biggest I have seen in years.

Had a great time getting out with my dad and brother, we grew up fishing for crappie at Triadelphia reservoir and back then the average crappie was 6-8", and once in a while a 10"...when we're constantly picking up 12" slabs, it brings joy to my old man's face, which in turn mine.
And for the record...my brother lost the big one, not me.
