Today is a perfect day for a report from Curly. Maybe it didn't rain enough. :-)
Hahaha........Definitely would have gone, but could not get out of work today. With over an inch of rain today, I know exactly where some big girls stack up in the current.
Headed to NC tomorrow....see if I can post a report from there.

Watched a BIG girl as she protected her fry yesterday. There were dozens of teeny fry. It was cool to see her roam. And no, she did not take any of the 4 flies I threw in her face!

I was walking around the office pond yesterday and saw a momma protecting her fry. The only reason why I even noticed it was the 20 or so bluegill and 6" bass all congregated in one spot facing one direction. Every minute or so she would swim out and chase one off and head back to the swarm that backed up to the cattails.

What's old? I posted the charts on May 11, 6 days ago, when the water was way up!
And yes, it's dropping. Should be close to 5 when drxfish and I get out tomorrow afternoon!
