One of the stalwarts of the local marine industry died this week. Maury Harbin of Harbin Marine passed away due to complications from open heart surgery at the age of 82.
I first met Maurice back in the mid 1970s when he worked on my Mercury outboard at his former location in the Tank Farm off I-95.
