Lost Rhino is closed today.
But I am always up for a drink. I know Ernie is a cheap date. Happy to buy a round. Just cleared it with the wife. Want to meet somewhere (Ashburn Pub, Finnegans, Fords) around 7:45?

Let's find a place or you guys can come over at that time.....I prefer not Ashburn Pub...a bit smoky if I remember correctly.
The basement is ready to receive you! That place used to be the neighborhood hub when my kids were growing up. We had a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, Nok Hockey, all the video games etc. Some of that still exists but my fishing sell off has taken over the ping pong table. The TV is an old one though...not one of the new HD flat screen deals.

Supposed to snow again a little later and get below freezing again............Maybe we should put this off?

Roads are totally clear right now.....best job of snow removal that I have ever seen here in the Village.
We can play it by ear but my basement is ready and open ......just need to take your shoes off or Debbie will get mad at you!

Wives welcome? Debbie up for that?

Ashburn Pub is no smoking now. BUT, your nice warm basement sounds inviting. If Debbie is willing to put up with us, sounds fun.

Nope....she shoveled more than me (I had to work for a living) and she would have to work some more to clean up the house for company which would put me in bad light. I think you all know the deal....
She doesn't care about the boys being in the basement.....

It's a southern phrase. Means congratulations!

Hard to imagine that there was a 5" difference between Leesburg and Dulles. I'm sure we had 15-16" here in the Village.

Thanks for the beers Ernie! I like that the last 0.7 inches of snow saved me $20! I am happy losing to you any day!
But, if it was biggest fish buys the beer and you beat me, I would be PISSED!

My pleasure....and I don't care who catches the big fish. Let's just go get some!

Typical Ernie. My competitive side comes out and you point out the "art" and "joy" of fishing.....and of course you are right!
