Upper Potomac Wading Report

Had the wading boots in the Seneca Falls in the rivulets off the main section of the river. area last night.  Water was very warm...

Smally bite started at about 7pm with about 6 or so in the 8-13" range hitting a rebel golden swivel minnow and a rebel red crank bait.   Couldn't keep the sunnies off the golden minnow so had to swap out to the crawfish to increase chances for bigger fish.

With the warm water, seems like the smally are looking for slow presentation also.

Nice!
Did you access the river from the MD side or the VA side?

Va side through a spot in Great Falls.  It is about a 3/4 mile walk, then wading in areas up to about my chest to an opening to the main river.  Some of the better ones I caught were in little pools just inside the more open part of the river.
