Saturday Report

Bright sunny day and nice warm temps has got the grass growing. Back waters are quickly filling up with fresh grass. Many of those pesky LGMouth where caught and released. The Potomac Pike slipped our hooks several times in spite of the good weather. Fished some spots I have not in several years. Most produced and few did not sadly. But it was fun.

Rob, it was nice of you not to embarrass you son by showing up his six pack.

Re: Saturday Report

They burned out quick this year. The year of two weeks late on everything, the pads burned out two weeks early. The good news is a fresh set of nice green pads are coming up right in the same spots.
About 10 inches below the burnt out ones. Even the American lotus are slow to show this year. Very odd year indeed.
