Fished the shore at columbia island marina on weds. 2nd cast caught my personal best snakehead on a tube. It bottomed out my 15LB Fish grip/scale. I really thought it was much heavier. Ended up being 15.3 on a digital scale. 34 1/4 inches. Here are some pics of the snakehead and my feeble attempt at cleaning it. After gutting and beheading it I thought it best to have it done professionally. Had a fish market in arlington finish it up for me.
