I'm thinking of Dick's Sporting Goods gift cards donated by those in the contest. Awards for the top 3 bass and one award for the top 5 bluegill and one for the top 5 crappie. I'm willing to put $50 in the pot as a starter. Who else? Maybe Dan and Rob can help with this in some way from Dicks?

I thought bragging rights was the ticket.....I do not want to throw in $50 for blue gill fly fishing.

Somebody post a shot of that lovely stretch of weather we enjoyed 2 years ago this week...

5 fish of the same species from the AV lakes (5 bass, 5 BG, 5 crappie).......each day is a differnt score. I suggest we post under the Ashburn Village Lakes Reports 2012 thread, so that I can keep up with the entries.........that way, this thread doesn't get bogged down with pics.

Supposed to be 60-67 degrees this Wed-Fri. ! Need to see some entries/pics in the 2012 AV Lakes thread for the contest! Bass/Crappie should be suspended in high concentrations on the dropoffs if the water warms enough!!!!!
Offline
4 people in the top 10 bass..............so far. Need some folks to start fish'in!
Late Feb/early March will have mega bags!

Non-resident guests count in the standings, but do not count in the awards.

Ashburn Village Lakes only (between Rt 7 and Waxpool/Farmwell). Belmont or other ponds outside the Village do not count.
