Solomon's Report - 7-30 & 7-31

Fished late afternoon to early evening on both days -

Caught schoolies just south of Cove Point in 12-25 feet of water -

bait was all over the place in that area - both menhaden and rainbait (silversides)

the striper would crash the surface and quickly go down -

Caught fish on lil bunker, lil jimy, and Still water smackit -

The water was very calm - so you could really see all of the pods of bait -

Water temp was 88-89 degrees - very warm -

Also fished the Cedar Pt. rip area without success - and the eastern ledge without success in drifting minnow for flounder -

Nice...I like calm, especially in the new ride.

I bet that all the work you had done on the boat has t it looking new!
