Just returned from Boston and found two e-mails from friends. Both were fishing this past weekend off Colonial Beach. They both reported plenty of stripers in the 28"-36" range, with a number over the 40" mark. They were caught trolling, but no baits were mentioned. Both guys normally use bucktails and umbrella rigs.
