My 7 year old daugter caught an 18 lb'er
...on Sega Bass Fishing for the Wii.
She beat my best by a mile. The game is kinda fun, but doesn't teach you patience for the real thing. The fish are just way too easy to catch. Anyone know of any other realistic bass fishing games for the Wii (or PC)?

I saw that one, but the reviews weren't very good.
I'm not big into winter fishing, so I think the living room will be my honey hole until Spring.
