Fit Bit Charge- who has one?

Do you like it?

Do you use it? If so, what for?

I use Runkeeper on my phone to track my walks and bike rides. Do I replace that?

They are $40 off at EMS.

Re: Fit Bit Charge- who has one?

i have a Charge HR.

i turned off the HR function cause it drained my battery so i essentially just have a Charge haha.

i use it to motivate myself as i have a group of friend with fitbits. gets me to get out there and stay active.

the following are also great features:
-the vibrating alarm. great way to wake yourself up if you find yourself snoozing a lot and need something different
-the caller ID. when you're fishing and your phone is in your pocket or buried somewhere else, its great to know who's calling to decide whether or not you should dig it out.

if you're using it to track bike rides or walks, its kind of useless if you're looking for GPS tracking and a mapped route as you'll need your phone with you for that feature to work. the fitbit, without the phone, will still keep track of distance, steps, and steps climbed but you won't get a mapped route in your work out report.
