As a bike rider, I encounter some bad spots on the roads that I have to be careful with.

So...if you ever have a need to report a bad piece of road, VDOT has a portal to make reporting non-emergency road problems easier for residents.  They provide services/repairs such as filling potholes, guardrail repairs, signs, traffic lights and shoulder repairs on VDOT maintained roads.
