Palm Harbor, FL

I'm going to be in Palm Harbor, FL this time next month. I'm interested to get some fishing done while I'm there. Anyone fished there and have any advice or suggestions?

I would prefer to fish off a pier or beach unless there is a really good charter or guide that someone recommends. My preference for the pier is more to get the family involved if possible... some may get a little sea sick but we can figure out a solution for that if the charter is the best option...

I'm open to all suggestions...What would you do if you were in Palm Harbor and wanted to fish? smile

Thanks!

Re: Palm Harbor, FL

While I have not used this guy, a good friend has a couple of times. Here is what he just wrote me on an email,"Capt Tom @ www.topnotchfishing.com. Great guy. Some friends are using him Wednesday. Redfish, snook, all kinds of stuff. "

Time to go fishin' again!

They seem like a fun bunch! Sarasota is farther than I wanted.  I was looking for something around Clearwater or Tampa Bay.
