did some crappie fishing tonight
was able to catch shorties and a few mediums.
i don't think the slabs have come in yet
lots of frenetic bluegill nibbling on my light jigs
dont ever seem to be any big bluegill there.
did not get a single bass
water was way up from the rain and running fast, but clear
i will be working in springfield for a while, so i plan on getting down there more.
only saw a few bass boats
always good to be fishing
