Cedar, 10-3-09

I went out for a bit in the PM, armed with 4 rods, all rigged differently.

The 1st fiah i caught (just under a pound) was on a drop shot near the Xmas trees. The bites were few and light.

The next fish was a bit better.....

....but it was a very subtle bite. He went 2 lbs 6 oz. Picture by buckshot, weight by Curly.

I went to cedar today with some friends, wasn't catching anything so I tried some live worms just for the heck of it and caught about 14 bluegill in under an hour.

Glad to see the blue gill biting! Next time, try to catch crappie.....then take them out for dinner (as long as they are less than 14").
