12/18/05, Atlantic Ocean (VA Beach) report

Today we left Ruddee Inlet at 6:45 AM with Capt. Wayne Shuhart in his 46' Markley, what a boat! The weather was as follows: 44 degrees, wind at 15 kts and 4-6’ seas. Gorgeous sunrise!

Great mate (Jeff Davis)! Great Capt.! Great crew (me, Jeff Hammett, Jim Rekas, Josh Turner, Butch Shymansky, Jamie Geddes, Johnny)

We pulled 12 lines, no planner boards. Big lures had 12" shad bodies, 6" on Umbrella teaser & tandems.

Jim got the 1st one in the boat!
