I have been shooting my bow for around twenty years. I used to shoot competitionand I have only seen this done once, but I know many have done it. Last night I decided to take a few shots at twenty yards. My first arrow flew great, so I aimed for the nock. It is an expensive trophie, so I thought I would share the photo's

Tubed means you shot the second arrow through the tube of first arrow.
A noch is the notch on the tip of the arrow that you put the string in between. It is what you aim at to tube.

I've broken a ton of knocks, split a million vanes, but never have done that. My dad did back around 1990 with alum xx75 arrows. It was sorta funny looking, the one had slipped inside the other almost all the way down to the insert before stopping. Looks like the carbon fiber puts up a little more of a fight.
