beaverdam 3/25

went down for some jig'n pig today.

that water has some of the fishiest looking places...that don't have fish (or at least any I can provoke)
i worked a few   windblown points very hard, to no avail.

I did catch on very long 1#'r --on a booyah 5/16 trailed with 1/2 a zoom brush hog.
it bit while i was throwing a few casts to even out my line, in an area i  had little confidence in working .
--just goes to show you never know

the fish seem pretty scattered to me.

i see why purpleworm was using the 20# fluoro now...
if u bounce around on that bottom long, your line is gonna git cut.
i donated two spinnerbaits and the boo yah jig to the boulders before it was over.

no takers on the floating senko .

i saw a boat concealed in the vicinity of plan b.
looks like it'll float ok 2 me.

Re: beaverdam 3/25

Tough days only make you want to go out more. Take a look at the boat...bring some foam sealer, some duct tape, and aluminum foil...I don't know if the aluminum foil will help, but I got on a bit of a McGuyver kick there!

If it were easy, they'd call it catching!
