3-6-09, Cedar lake report

For 40 minutes, I tossed a Mann's Stingray jig for a while until a Christmas tree ate it. I also tossed a wacky rigged senko and an XRap but no bites.

Water is COLD as one would expect. I think hitting the shallows tomorrow might entice a fish or two. It was nice to be out for a bit.

As I understand it, the crappie move on timing (daylight hours) as well as water temps so they might be a good target in the shallows too!

Time to go fishin' again!
